5’1 125lbsAthletic build, true size smallSize ordered: smallThe sizing on this is perfect, the waist doesn’t move and it also doesn’t cut into my waist at all. The fabric doesn’t feel cheap, it isn’t too slippery (do you know what I’m talking about? Does that make sense?) and it is breathable and soft. No sweat marks visible after workout and very lightweight. I will say, it wrinkles very easily and stays wrinkled after washes, and it does move around a little on runs, but I never had to stop to yank them down unlike some of my big name shorts. I will say I do wash them very aggressively and there’s been no seam damage or pilling. Length is great, about top of mid thigh, but I am hobbit sized, so that doesn’t say much. Overall, great to throw on and work in the garden or workout.

These are excellent lightweight sports shorts from G4Free.The shorts are styled with moderately flared legs and a raised waist that gives them room for movement and a bonus bit of slimming effect. The inseam length of the size Small is 3-⅜ inches, for a sporty amount of leg exposure. The tightly shorts are made from tightly weft knit (jersey) nylon material with a brushed, moisture-wicking texture and a small degree of horizontal stretch, a great choice for sports shorts. The material is knit with black and dark gray fibers to have a subtle, narrow stripes. This material has enough horizontal elasticity for comfort in movement, but minimal vertical stretch to prevent sagging/bagging.The waist material is different, an elastic (nylon/spandex) ribbed knit with a ruched, sewn-in center stripe that holds a tie cord for cinching the waistband for security. Functional set-in front pockets with diagonal openings are large and the pockets are enough to hold a tennis ball; there are no back pockets. All of the seam are neatly serged and the side seams are serged and double-sewn to lay flat. The overall workmanship is excellent.These excellent shorts are well-priced for a solid value for money. Highly recommended!

These are great lightweight athletic shorts. They are a nice length and have nice deep front pockets. The color I got is a nice light blue. They have a nice comfortable elastic waistband and fit as expected. The fabric is thin and dries quickly. They look great on and are very versatile. Fabric itself isn’t stretchy, but generously cut to not be a problem. Wash and dried great.

I've become a big fan of G4Free active clothing recently. And these pair of shorts were no different. For starters, I'm thrilled with the slightly longer than usual inseam. The pockets are actually functional and the fabric is lightweight. All things I value on hikes. The price is also perfect for my budget, without meaning a drop in quality. I will say it's a good idea to size up. I can oscillate between a medium and large in bottoms (size 6-8 ish), so I opted to go with a large. These shorts are comfortable and perfect for my weighted vest walks! I'm typically a 12-14 in bottoms and a large. I wasn't 100% happy with how the shorts fit over my apron belly. I do like that it's high waisted because I have longer legs and a shorter torso. I like the feel of the fabric, too. Overall, these are great for a spring/summer workout, hike, outing, etc.

These shorts are lightweight and flowy! They are also soft and stretchy! They fit true to the size chart! I ordered an extra small and i have a 25 inch waist. They fit perfectly! Great value and price and made well!

These women's workout shorts are very comfy! The fabric on these shorts is nice and thin and the style is cute! I love them! The pockets are large and the fabric is soft, but sturdy. They are very stylish and can pair with tanks, tunics and tshirts for summer or vacation! I will be wearing these a lot! The quality is nice as well. I would highly recommend these shorts as they are not only stylish, but seem durable and you can use them for so many activities! These are my new favorite pair of shorts and I'm pretty picky!

Very comfortable. The size was accurate. I'm waiting for them to be finished in the laundry so I can see how they washed, then I'll update with pictures. I'd say they're good for a casual BBQ or picnic but I wouldn't try to dress them up too much. Then again, I'm not someone who pairs shorts with heels. The quality seemed pretty good to me but like I said, I'm laundering them now. I wasn't sure what the fit would be like and I'd rather have a loose fit than the other way around. They're cut on the smaller side but not extremely small.

These shorts are very light and comfortable. Ample pockets make carrying personal items easy. The slight bagginess is not ideal for running but casual walks are fine.

I absolutely love these shorts! I’ve had a hard time finding woven workout shorts that have any stretch in the material so I was thrilled that these have a nice stretch well still giving a drape woven appearance if you are somebody who needs workout shorts to be stretchy, but don’t always wanna wear a biker shorts or yoga fitted knit pants these are exactly what you’re looking for. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size as an extra small is too small for me, but I’m going to exchange them for a medium because they’re obviously going to be my favorite shorts and I can get the extra small on. They’re just more fitted than I would want them to be but the fact I can squeeze into these and still feel comfortable, says a lot about the fabric stretch.

These are great shorts for wearing in general or wearing for activities. The are very light and stretchy and feel as though they would be quick drying. The small fits about like a size 4-6 women's. The shorts have a very subtle vertical stripping which is flattering on and the shorts are long enough to cover your butt without being so long they feel like cargo shorts. The pockets are deep and will fit a phone.

Stylish shorts that fit well. I ordered these for the summer. We live in one of the hottest areas so I needed something cool and lightweight. These shorts are perfect. They fit perfectly are true to size. The material is lightweight and cooling. The pull on nature of these shorts is nice. These wash easily on regular laundry cycle. Great value for the shorts.

I am very pleased with these shorts! They will be great for working outdoors this summer. The material is crisp and lightweight. It stays cool, holds its shape, and breathes. The pockets are huge! Big enough for my phone and a pair of pruners and gloves. The waistband is wide and structured, so it stays in place without having to be cinched tight. The drawstring is fully functional, but I doubt I'll need to use it. The navy color that I ordered is a true navy! In the photos in shows as purple to me . . . but that is often the case online. In reality it is a lovely true navy! I ordered the size XL and the waistband, unstretched, measures 34." I sized up because I know this brand and I like it to feel roomy. I have a 32" waist and these stay in place and give me a comfortable feel and fit for my waist, which does not like to be pinched or constricted.
